Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to preserve curb appeal and apartment quality while responding to resident service requests. Duties include preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, janitorial tasks, refurbishing and renovating apartments to company standards, daily property walks, and documenting all completed work.
The Technician also handles community tasks in the supervisor’s absence, such as scheduling staff and vendors, ordering supplies, supporting improvement projects, and completing service requests on weekends, on‑call, or during emergencies. Additional responsibilities may include assisting at other properties and running errands as needed.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and at least three to four years of maintenance experience. CFC Universal Certification is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire; computer proficiency is also desirable.
