This role will require field work and may include overnight travel.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience with permitting pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act
Experience delineating wetlands/WOTUS and USACE permitting in Nebraska and in the Midwest region.
Communicate clearly and concisely with Terracon leadership, staff and Clients regarding technical and procedural issues.
Intermediate to advanced understanding of CWA (Section 401/404), ESA (Sections 7 and 10) and NHPA (Section 106) NHPA consultations
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resources Management, Biology, Ecology, Geography, Geology or related natural science field and a minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
Professional Wetland Scientist or Wetland Professional in Training
Minimum of 4 years of field experience with wetland delineations, stream assessments, habitat and species assessments
