Assemble the skid components according to the design specifications.
Partner with the Lead Hand to meet standard operation procedures.
Employee is responsible to perform the above mentioned, and any other tasks assigned to them in a safe manner and in accordance with our Health & Safety Policies, JHA’s & SWP’s.
Read accurately blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of parts and assemblies.
Employee is responsible to understand and follow all Company Policies and Rules.
Painting and insulating of skid bases
Inspect all components and processes to ensure they meet the required quality standards.

Perform basic welding and assembly.
Must be willing to work in other areas of our facility as required.
General understanding of engineering and sheet metal principles.
Use of hand & power tools (drills, grinders, etc.)
Comfortable working in loud environments (hearing protection required).
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Welding experience an asset
Must be able to communicate effectively with Co-Workers, Team Leads, Supervisors, Engineering, Quality and Health & Safety.
Must exhibit safe work practices.
Ability to operate a power shear.
Painting experience an asset
Forklift and Overhead Crane certificate is preferred but not required
Steel toed boots (CSA Approved 6’ in height or greater) required.
Ability to use various hand & power tools (drills, grinders, chop saws, band saws, measuring tape, etc.).
Must be able work OT on weekdays and weekends when required.
Must demonstrate organizational skills and be able to work independently.
Must be able to read measure tape
Previous experience in manufacturing environment an asset
Grade 12 education or equivalent
