- Support project planning, estimating and budget preparation.
- Develop material and construction specifications for transmission projects.
- Prepare design packages, material take‑offs and procurement requisitions.
- Track material deliveries, inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate purchase orders, packing slips and expense submissions.
- Maintain project schedules, progress reports and quality records.
- Assist with project change orders, updating cost and schedule.
- Provide technical support to field teams during construction.
- Liaise between project operations and corporate office to ensure information flow.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil or related engineering.
- Have at least 2 years of project engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience in transmission line design.
- Familiarity with PLS‑CADD software.
- Large transmission line project experience (preferred).
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems (preferred).
- Up to 8 years of related experience (preferred).
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
