The Earth & Environment team is hiring a full‑time Construction Materials Testing Intern for the Summer 2026 program, based in Louisville or Lexington, Kentucky. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate civil, geotechnical, or construction‑management program and be available for a 12‑week stint beginning around May 18 2026, with a flexible start date.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, pass a motor‑vehicle screening, and meet safety and conduct standards outlined in WSP’s policies.
- Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Geotechnical, or Construction Management undergraduate program graduating August 2026 or later.
- Minimum age 18, able to lift up to 50 lb, and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Demonstrated interest in construction materials testing and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with technical writing, office software, spreadsheets, and related tools.
- Successful completion of WSP’s motor‑vehicle screening and adherence to safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
- Preferred: enrollment in a related Master’s or PhD program graduating August 2026 or later, with prior internship or leadership experience.
