Production Manager

We’re hiring a Production Manager to oversee all production, logistics, and operational activities within a fast-paced, quality-driven facility in County Mayo.

• Monitor KPIs, prepare production reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Contracts teams to optimise operations.
• Manage production schedules, resources, and budgets to meet performance targets.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Chair regular production meetings to drive accountability and communication.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain and manage all plant and equipment maintenance programmes.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team.
• Partner with Procurement and HR on workforce and inventory management.

Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to take the lead in a dynamic manufacturing environment?

• Proven track record in planning, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing P&L or departmental budgets.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• 5+ years’ experience in production or manufacturing management.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety, quality, and lean processes.
• Proficient in production systems and reporting tools.
