Oversee and support staff with designated compliance duties to ensure capability and consistency.
Lead the effective operation and continuous improvement of Group compliance systems.
Support bid teams with compliance information, documentation and system access.
Administer and enhance compliance systems, processes and internal controls.
Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks across the Group (excluding HSEQ).
Ensure site security officers and defence-accredited staff meet mandatory training and reporting obligations.
Ensure organisational adherence to relevant legislation, regulatory standards and industry obligations.
Promote a strong compliance culture through training, coaching and awareness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with requirements relating to DISP, AML/CTF and Funds Management obligations.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external regulators to support compliance outcomes.
Maintain accurate compliance documentation, workflows and accreditation libraries.
Support the Chief Security Officer and Chief Compliance Officer in meeting Defence Industry, AUSTRAC AML/CTF and ASIC compliance obligations.
Prepare, coordinate and submit regulatory reporting.
Act as a key liaison between the business, compliance functions, and external regulators.
Keep abreast of regulatory changes and advise on impacts to operational processes.
Monitor compliance events, controls and triggers, escalating issues as required.
Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and reporting obligations.
Monitor and report on compliance activity, identifying risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
Deliver training and awareness programs to embed compliance knowledge and behaviours.
Guide and oversee field staff with compliance responsibilities.
