Responsible for accurately maintaining all electronic and physical archiving of plant documentation requiring retention
Scans production paperwork and coil cards for proper ISO archiving
Troubleshoot and correct production posting variances and errors for proper entry
Complete financial close and settlement to fiscal period each month in compliance with Accounting and internal auditing
Create effective and efficient production schedules for ALPOLIC coil coating and lamination work centers
Inputs data into SAP and databases supporting the Materials and Production teams of ALPOLIC
Supports Materials team with SAP BOM and Routing as well as data entry changes for yield or budget standard updates
