Running batching and loading equipment with speed and precision
Overseeing maintenance and ensuring compliance with all company standards
Coordinate with the Project Manager and site teams to meet daily production targets.
Optimising cycle times through the plant to keep things moving

Leading safety by example through conversations, coaching, and a strong safety culture
Conducting site meetings and contributing to operational discussions
Monitoring mixer performance and maintaining top-tier quality control

Strong safety mindset with experience enforcing WHS protocols
Relevant tickets and qualifications (e.g., White Card, FEL, forklift license) are desirable.
Experience using Dorner batch control systems is highly desirable. Experience with wet batch plants is also beneficial.

Solid understanding of concrete production processes and plant equipment
Practical problem-solver with a knack for planning ahead and troubleshooting on the fly
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
