What you would be doing

- Project manage, supervise and coordinate IBOS installation into properties
- Be the main point of contact between IBOS teams including sub-contractor and on-site facilities team and/or principle contractor on installation work
- Monthly reporting, export and analysis of data captured at individual properties in line with monthly reporting requirements for each property

- An understanding of hard facilities management with strong IT and an interest in Proptech and Building M&E systems
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, time management and organisational skills
- Bachelor's with honors in any of the following area: ESG, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management at lower second standard (2:2) or equivalent
- Clear and concise writing skills and the ability to manage complex documents
- Readiness to take responsibility, act on your own initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Enjoy working in different environments as you will be out on site as well as in the office
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and relationship building with gravitas amongst clients
- Ability to travel across the UK as required
