Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreperson to lead drywall construction projects. The role involves directing employees, subcontractors, and material suppliers to ensure work aligns with project documents, stays on schedule, and remains within budget.

Successful candidates will have proven foreperson experience on drywall jobs ranging from $500,000 to $1 million, managing teams of five to ten. They must possess strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, blueprint interpretation, and be proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential, and relevant certifications such as OSHA are a plus.

• Deep knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety standards
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• OSHA or similar certifications preferred
