The Toronto‑based Technical Operations Co‑op reports to the Vice President of Technical Operations and Program Management and supports the Operational Excellence team with program‑management initiatives, digital amenity projects and technical‑operations workflow development.

Participate in case competitions, volunteer events and networking activities to build professional relationships.
Support national, enterprise platform implementations such as energy management and preventative maintenance across all asset classes.
Assist with customer‑facing digital amenity enhancements like mobile credentials and digital media.
Learn commercial real‑estate program‑management best practices, tools and processes.
Contribute to the creation of technical‑operations workflows, best practices and training programs for digital platforms.

The co‑op program provides a learning environment with various development activities, and candidates must be enrolled in a post‑secondary institution, be returning to school after the term, and be in an official co‑op program where the work term is required for graduation.

Currently enrolled in Business, Real Estate, Urban Development, Property Management or a related program.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
Possess advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and experience in customer service.
Prior experience in a real‑estate company is considered an asset.
