The role involves performing a variety of design and technical tasks using standard techniques and experience‑based knowledge. Work is self‑directed, demonstrating advanced skills across design and technical aspects of project development, and must align with budget, schedule, and programmatic requirements set by the Project Manager or other team members.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of schematic design and design development documents, creating design sketches, renderings, models, and graphics for presentations, and providing design support such as product research, documentation revisions, and computer modeling. Under guidance, the role also involves assisting with comprehensive contract documents, producing plans, details, sections, elevations, schedules, and supporting construction administration through field observations and technical calculations.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of related experience on architectural projects and hold a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
Proficiency in Revit is essential, with strong preference for experience in AutoCAD, Sketch‑Up, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate demonstrates problem‑solving ability, strong analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication, and a solid understanding of architectural principles, theory, construction materials, and methods.
Professional traits sought are a strong work ethic, collaborative and proactive attitude, ability to give and receive feedback, and resilience in deadline‑driven environments.
