Read and interpret job specifications and coating system requirements.
Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment safely and effectively.
Apply industrial coatings, primers, and protective paints using airless or conventional spray equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of painted surfaces for quality control.
Perform abrasive blasting (grit/sand blasting) to clean and prepare metal surfaces in accordance with industry standards.
Ensure surface preparation and coating applications meet quality assurance and safety standards.

Must have Working at Heights, Confine Space and Gas Test Atmosphere within the last 2 years
Minimum 4 years’ experience in industrial abrasive blasting and painting.
Ability to progress to fulltime permanent position when opportunities become available
Must have White Card (Construction Induction Card).
