- Minimum 5 years experience in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills (preferred).
- HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
- Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting abilities.
- Experience with complex mechanical systems (central plant, split systems, boilers, chillers) desired.
- Safety‑focused mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Builder’s mentality and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional appearance and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Availability for emergency on‑call rotation.
- Ability to regularly exert 25‑50 lb force, climb stairs, use ladders, and work in varied weather.
