The successful intern will provide research, operational and strategic support to the Asset Management team/function in specific projects to enhance the operational capability and performance outcomes of the portfolio/asset under management.
- Conduct asset budgeting with Argus for FY27 budgeting, valuation forecasts, quarterly management, board reports, and ad hoc feasibility studies.
- Create and enhance PowerPoint report slides to visualize portfolio and asset performance.
- Perform strategic market research to enrich the market database and support strategic asset and leasing reviews.
- Undertake AI‑driven property and valuation analysis.
