- Execution of milestone review/project status meetings
- Focus and develop personal development, such as: leadership, team collaborator, consultative selling skill, communication skill, people orientation, get close exposure with HQ, etc..
- Planning of the Project (Shared folder/ Project Schedule in MS Project)
- Representing the project to the customer as well as to partners.
- Reporting of Non-conformance
- Implements workforce development measures.
- Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
- Setup of the project team and definition of split of responsibilities
- Developing of remedies in case of plan deviations
- Creation of the final project report
- Coordination and supervision of interface clarification between organizations
- Achieve quality of Process related to Proposal with Business ethics and compliance.
- Ensures the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service, Quality, and profitability.
- Complying with legal regulations and relevant standards
- Dimension of Function: Support Sales in Achieving timely offer Submission, Technical support and assistance for Execution team.
- Organize customer acceptance tests and final project handover
- Conducts a project closure meeting and a lesson learned workshop

- Understanding complete techno-commercial scope of supply, Technical Specifications, Performance Parameters, Limits of tender and Exclusions, List of sub-suppliers and support Proposal team for offer preparation as per project requirement for complete electrification system.
- Knowledge on LV and HT System, Siemens Drives and Automation, LV Motors Dimensioning for Special Application and Machine lines, PCS 7 Based process control System will be advantages.
- Preferably has professional experiences in project business and service at relevant Industry Application market (especially Fiber Industry, Oil & Gas) for more than 15 years, has organizational/business cycle experience and leadership skill with a proven good track record, has. good working experiences and cross functions in international company.
- BE/BTech – Electrical Engineering
- Industry Specific Knowledge on Fiber (Paper Machine Sectional Drives and Rewinders application) Biofuels, Marine Solution will be added advantage.
- 15 years+ Experience in Industry Specific Domain
