- Support wider strategic initiatives around estate optimisation and portfolio growth.
- Manage external consultants including planners, architects, project managers, and agents.
- Identify and assess development and value-add opportunities across a varied commercial portfolio.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including estates, legal, and finance teams.
- Prepare and present board papers, appraisals, and planning strategies.
- Lead projects from feasibility and business case through to planning, delivery, and completion.

- Proven experience in commercial property development — either client-side or consultancy.
- MRICS qualified or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects at different stages.
- Commercially astute with a proactive, hands-on approach to driving value.
- Strong understanding of planning, development appraisals, and project delivery.
