- Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate products in the time requested.
- Assist in receiving biological specimens, chemical compounds, clinical agents, and/or investigational products.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), facility safety guidelines, and FDA requirements, which may include compliance with cGMP CFR parts 210 and 211 where applicable.
- Work in a warehouse environment under various temperatures ranging from ambient to -196°C.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP parts 210 and 211 and company quality systems.
- Perform general documentation management, including generating, reviewing, archiving, or destroying documents.
- Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
- Verify the quality, type, and quantity of materials received and ensure appropriate documentation, such as packing lists, is present.
- Weigh dry chemical compounds and aliquot liquid biological samples or products.

- Preferable experience in data entry, shipping/receiving, and sample management.
- Strong attendance performance and timely work start.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Good social and customer service skills.
- Experience with repository operations, cold chain management, and handling of biological specimens.
- Knowledge of Universal Precautions, general laboratory practices, and quality assurance/control is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with -80 freezers, dry ice, inventory, and shipping processes.
- Ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice.
- Basic digital literacy to navigate inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and shipping software.
