Ensure communications take place between Design, Construction, and Testing & Commissioning.
Prepare estimates, material take offs, scopes of work, and design packages.
Act as Design lead on projects with guidance from Principal engineer
Develop control building layout, P&C one line diagram, AC/DC schematics, control panel layout and wiring diagram, station service AC/DC distribution diagram,
Actively promote Safety in Design.
Create bill of materials, cable schedules, point assignments
Work closely with other disciplines and coordination design between disciplines (SCADA, Telecom and layout)
Prepare Engineering reports.

Proven track record in protection & control design of high voltage facilities.

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in the utility industry
Protection and control design including logic, schematic, wiring diagrams for utility and renewable substations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
Possibility of travel to provide technical support during construction
4–6 years' experience working in utility substations
Minimum 6 years’ work experience.
