The US Retirement Plans Senior Manager leads the evaluation, modification, and strategic design of GE Vernova’s defined contribution, defined benefit, and non‑qualified retirement plans. Reporting to the Head of Executive Compensation, the role provides overall direction for the U.S. Retirement Benefit Plans.
