As a strategic thinker with a passion for product innovation and market growth, you will lead product strategy, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch offerings that meet evolving customer needs. Your insights will guide the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions remain competitive, impactful, and compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.
You will conduct market research, develop product strategies aligned with business goals, and work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering to bring new products to market. Monitoring product performance, coordinating lifecycle activities with the global team, and providing recommendations on development or discontinuation based on market data will be key parts of the role, as will representing the North American market in global discussions.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field and has at least eight years of product management experience, preferably in the transformer services industry. A strong understanding of transformer components, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and an analytical, data‑driven mindset are required, along with willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
