Ensure full compliance with BIM protocols, managing the exchange and quality of digital information using IFC and COBie standards
Oversee the coordination of MEP systems with architectural and structural components using BIM tools (Revit, Revizto)
Oversee the creation, validation, and delivery of structured project data for asset management and digital handover
Represent the MEP function at design coordination, progress, and technical meetings
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project standards across all MEP documentation and deliverables
Oversee the production and maintenance of comprehensive digital documentation, including shop drawings, specifications, schedules, and as-builts
Develop, monitor, and manage detailed MEP programmes and schedules in alignment with overall project timelines
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior coordinators and MEP Package Managers on BIM tools, workflows, and digital handover processes
Promote best practices in digital construction and foster a collaborative working environment across project teams
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners to ensure clear communication and collaborative problem-solving
Ensure that all systems are fully integrated, compliant with client requirements, and free of conflicts
Forecast resource and material requirements and proactively address risks to avoid delays
Report on project milestones, progress, and performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders
Lead clash detection processes, resolve complex coordination issues, and provide solutions to technical challenges

Hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks demonstrating a strong understanding of digital coordination workflows
Substantial MEP systems, construction processes (Including best practise) experience and able to demonstrate your planning, programming and monitoring complex MEP works against a stringent timeline
Your communication skills will need to be effective and you will have the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, showing us strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
Proven experience in MEP coordination, ideally with major construction company or infrastructure projects
Experience providing training and mentoring in BIM, digital tools, and structured data management
