Conducts attentive and alert surveillance and counter-surveillance of any assigned properties, assets or person(s).
Ensures that emergency services are activated and correctly directed as required in response to on-location incidents and observations.
Prepares and submits Incident Reports for Senior Management and location stakeholders.
Prepares and submits reports for Crown Counsel or District Attorney according to operational sector.
Investigates any and all causes of alarm conditions as indicated or flagged in the CCTV programs and/or associated software.
Conducts escalating communications with local authorities and agencies in accordance with policy and procedure manual(s).

Familiarity with standard and emergency security operations for construction, commercial, retail, and/or residential settings.
Valid BC Security Worker’s Licence.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.

Familiarity with CCTV operations and associated hardware/software.
