Requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to implementing innovative solutions.
5 or more years of relevant professional experience in Technical Sales, Product Development, or Engineering within the solutions business. (Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior level role and vice versa.)
Strategic mindset and business acumen, capable of developing solutions that drive business growth and long-term success; A global perspective with strong intercultural awareness and the ability to collaborate with customers and partners worldwide.
Knowledge of protection and control application, digital substations and grid automation solutions is essential.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Automation, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders; Proficiency in English is required.
Contribute to competitiveness and product development in digitalization, automation, and electrification, leveraging analytical skills to deliver compelling solutions.
