Tasks

-Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. -Lead an agenda of technical excellence and continuous improvement in the practice whilst being accountable for quality assurance standards in design. -Be a strategic partner for our Clients, sought out by them as a go-to person within your technical field. -Be accountable for technical delivery and safety, to high-quality levels across multiple projects and programmes, acting as a point of escalation for resolutions of complex technical matters. -Accountable for quality assurance standards in design. -Set our technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals, as well as acting as a subject-matter-expert. -Grow, develop and manage civil pipeline capability within the practice.

-Multi-disciplinary integration and co-ordination experience and expertise. -Influential and esteemed leadership, internally and externally. -A strategic and transformational mindset. -Comprehensive knowledge of specialist pipeline design across all materials, jointing and installation methods as well as a familiarity with current UK design standards and working practices. -Nationally or international recognized subject matter expertise in your discipline(s). -Chartered Civil Engineer.
