Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor the contractor’s work progress.
Ensure compliance with approved method statements, layouts, and drawings.
Assist the Resident Engineer in day-to-day supervision of electrical works for substations.
Support the Resident Engineer during final inspections, completion certification, and handover of works.
Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and construction-related documentation.
Liaise with all technical disciplines and attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings.
Witness site activities, inspections, and testing as per project requirements.
Ensure proper implementation of site safety measures.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in electrical engineering projects in the UAE, including substations.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (approved by UAE regulatory authorities).
Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage substation construction and supervision.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
Familiar with UAE utility and authority standards.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious mindset.
Prior experience with TRANSCO, ADDC, DEWA or other major UAE utilities will be highly preferred.
Skilled in site supervision, contractor coordination, and review of technical submissions.
