5+ years of digital Product Management experience (or adjacent industry experience with a firm understanding of Product principles) with a proven track record of delivering industry-leading software consumer products and solutions
Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, desires and expectations by engaging with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders. Leverage tools (e.g. Pendo) and other resources (e.g. support cases, internal round tables, etc.) to identify problem or opportunity areas.
