- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with historic building renovations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1, USACE protocols, and federal compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage QC, safety, and field operations simultaneously.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on federal construction projects, preferably with USACE.
