What You Bring

-Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly -Experience in construction methodologies, read blueprints and understand other technical aspects of construction -A passion for continuous improvement, and an ability to develop new ideas and see them through to fruition -Project Management skills and keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills -Proven project management skills, with the ability to set and meet aggressive deadlines -A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, a related field, or commensurate related experience.
