Description

• Install BUR, EPDM, single‑ply, coatings, and other low‑slope commercial roofing systems.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Follow OSHA and other safety regulations, demonstrating safe work practices.
• Climb and operate on ladders while handling loads of at least 50 lb.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco staff.
• Maintain reliable transportation.

Requirements

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial roofing systems across a variety of low‑slope applications.

The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and meeting physical demands such as climbing ladders and handling loads of at least 50 lb. Employees must adhere to OSHA regulations and demonstrate safe work practices while operating hand and power tools.

• Work outdoors in varied weather and meet the position’s physical demands.
• Possess at least 1 year of commercial roofing experience (all levels preferred).
• Pass a company‑standard background check.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening and physical examination.

Benefits
