In this role you will assemble electrical and electronic systems, adjust or repair components to meet strict specifications, and review schematics and work orders to determine material requirements. You will connect wiring according to prints, specification sheets, and bills of material, measure and cut wire to precise lengths, and tag components for accurate inventory tracking. Additionally, you will package finished products, assist with loading for shipment, maintain tools, perform housekeeping, and adhere to safety protocols.
The ideal candidate is experienced with hand tools such as screwdrivers, crimpers, and tape measures, and can read and interpret schematic drawings, work orders, and wiring diagrams (preferred). Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, a positive attitude, and a team‑player mentality are essential, along with reliable attendance and a willingness to learn, even without prior experience.
