Operational duties involve being the welcoming face of the studio, answering calls, greeting visitors, managing deliveries, routing phone calls, turning website and phone leads into appointments, ordering flooring and materials, handling invoices in QuickBooks, establishing vendor accounts, and keeping customer and project data organized in Salesforce and QuickBooks while ensuring high‑quality follow‑up and review requests.
