As a Leasing Consultant you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them from initial inquiry through move‑in. You will handle inquiries, assist with leasing operations, and coordinate with on‑site teams to maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations, building rapport and creating a positive first impression to meet leasing goals and resident satisfaction.
- Conduct property tours and answer inquiries to engage prospective residents.
- Promote community amenities and communicate the benefits of Arcan Capital apartments.
- Guide prospects through the application process and assist with leasing operations, including applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
- Coordinate apartment inspections and ensure move‑in readiness.
- Address resident concerns, handle lease renewals, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate resident records and manage leasing‑related administrative tasks.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and in‑person inquiries with a professional, friendly approach.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor properties to position communities effectively.
- Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
- Work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
