Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess variations, and support project teams
• Prepare and oversee cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Contribute to business growth and client retention through quality-focused commercial management
• Liaise directly with private clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure financial clarity and control
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Manage the commercial delivery of high-end residential refurbishment projects

Requirements

• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to run projects independently
• Proven experience in high-end residential refurbishment (private clients, prime London postcodes)
• Comfortable working in a small, agile company environment with direct client interaction

Benefits

Salary: Up to £90,000 (DOE)
