Reroller Operator: Final stage of production; use forklift and hoist to cut rolls to customer specifications and prepare for shipping.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Lamination Operator: Highly technical role with 3-month training; work with chemicals and advanced machinery as part of a 4-person team.
Safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed
Mix Operator: Combine wet and dry materials, load molds, and secure lids. Requires comfort in confined spaces for machine clean-out; heavy equipment experience preferred.
