

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
The incumbent will handle all shipping and receiving functions, including processing paperwork, maintaining records in Sage, scheduling shipments and carrier pickups, overseeing loading and unloading, managing inventory of shipping supplies, and performing quality audits of incoming and outgoing goods. They will ensure documentation accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and follow safety and regulatory standards.
The role involves manual handling, occasional lifting of up to 50 lb, and operation of counter‑balance and narrow‑aisle forklifts in environments that may include noise, dust, and outdoor exposure. Overtime may be required, and break times are flexible to meet business priorities. Candidates must hold a high school diploma, possess at least five years of shipping and receiving experience, and be proficient with material handling equipment and shipping software such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and DHL. A valid driver’s license, basic math skills, computer literacy (especially Excel), and strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities are required, while forklift certification and knowledge of waybills and international shipments are preferred.
