Supervise municipal concrete crew, handle formwork, pour and finish concrete.

Tasks

-Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. -Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crew members, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. -Train and mentor junior crew members to develop their skills and expertise in concrete construction. -Monitor quality control and ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. -Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. -Operate and maintain concrete construction equipment and tools. -Assist with the preparation of work sites, including setting up forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.

What You Bring

-Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Proficiency in concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. -Knowledge of concrete curing methods, and surface treatments. -Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team. -Valid driver & license and reliable transportation.
