Proven experience in preparing and managing construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
Completion of the Intern Development Program and/or progress towards taking the Landscape Architect Registration Exam
Strong experience in preparing graphic representations of plans and designs, both hand-drawn and computer-based
Ability to coordinate drawings with other disciplines and oversee the work of technicians
Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
Registered Landscape Architect
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop required
6-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Supervisory experience or willingness to take on a leadership role within the team
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
Ability to supervise and mentor junior Landscape Architects and Technicians
Ability to meet deadlines, manage project budgets, and work after typical hours if needed
Understanding of life safety standards and site design
