- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas.
- Receive and transport deliveries, including furniture and supplies.
- Oversee contractor work and report any deviations.

- Attend to after-hours security incidents and ensure the premises are safe.
- Inspect and report defects in fire-fighting equipment.
- Ensure pathways are clear of snow and ice.
- Monitor and document utility usage.
- Monitor security cameras and report any security breaches or suspicious activity.
- Replenish hygiene supplies and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain records of supplies and equipment.
- Secure the premises, manage keys, and operate security and fire alarm systems.
- Operate and maintain the heating and lighting systems efficiently.
- Prepare rooms for events and general use.
