Description

Support depot manager with daily operations and customer communications.
Update internal systems: customer reports, invoicing, timesheets, and process payments.
Raise purchase orders and handle telephone/email enquiries.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 12 months experience in a busy office environment.
Proven data entry and customer service background.
Strong IT skills, proficient in Excel and Word, and ability to learn new systems.

Benefits

The role is based in Slough, Berkshire, working Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week (either 8 am‑4 pm or 9 am‑5 pm) with a salary of £24,000.
