- Must be Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), preferably in at least 10 US states.

- At least 8 Telecommunications certifications.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Minimum 12 years engineering experience in broadband projects with an emphasis in Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Fiber Optical Distribution Networks, or IT Networks.
- Flow of work involves normal mental and visual attention along with manual coordination much of the time.
- Work is primarily computer work, and most assignments are performed in an office type environment.
- A valid motor vehicle driver’s license in good standing is required. No DWI/DUI convictions.
