The role’s main purpose is to deliver a range of tasks to high‑quality standards. Core responsibilities include conducting background research, estimating and producing cost plans, compiling tender lists, drafting procurement documentation, analysing tenders, and preparing tender reports.
Post‑contract duties involve quantity surveying, cost control and change management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective cost variance handling, cost auditing, and validation. The incumbent will also produce monthly cost reports for clients, negotiate final accounts, and compile as‑built cost estimates for benchmarking.
Candidates should hold a Civil & MEP (Electrical & Mechanical) degree, possess AutoCAD knowledge, and preferably be familiar with CostX. People‑management experience leading cost‑management teams, strong English communication, negotiation skills, and prior work in a construction consultancy—ideally in India or abroad—are required.
