  • Have a least an Associate's Degree with an accredited drafting program, Bachelors preferred
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check
  • Proficient on computers and comfortable navigating server directories
  • Ability to read and understand complex prints for fiber slicing and equipment installations
  • Telecom knowledge and/or certifications are a HUGE plus
  • Have a current valid Driver's License
  • Understanding basic civil engineering requirements and standards
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and ability to problem solve
  • Knowledge utilizing AutoCAD 2016 or later
  • Be organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • 1-year CAD experience, education could pass for experience
  • Registered Traffic Control Supervisor (for reviewing and stamping of TCP)
