Generate and manage work tickets for field operations.
Review and prepare utilization and performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
Plan and issue daily work tickets for field crews, ensuring readiness and accuracy.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures for rental equipment management.
Monitor and report on the timeliness of all rental fleet activities.
Monitor and understand the financial impact of dispatch decisions to improve company profitability.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement approved changes.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Technical aptitude regarding heavy equipment specifications.
