Requirements

The Strategic Energy Management (SEM) team is expanding and is seeking an Energy Efficiency Consultant who will guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing efficiency activities across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Candidates must reside in California, with a strong preference for the greater Los Angeles area, and will work with one or multiple clients to apply continuous‑improvement principles through workshops and coaching.

Benefits

Compensation is budgeted between $80,000 and $93,000, with a broader range of $77,300 to $110,500 based on internal equity, market data, skills, experience, and relevant degrees or certifications. CLEAResult does not provide sponsorship and all hires must pass pre‑employment checks.
