Administer regional HR systems' functional activities, including support and maintenance of the system.
Manage the employee leave management system, ensuring all leave entitlements, leave avails, and carryover balances are as per company leave policies.
Issue HR documents such as salary certificates, employment certificates, salary transfer letters, NOC letters, etc., for visa requirements, bank account openings, and travel purposes.
Support and administer payroll and HRIS processes for the Middle East region, including maintaining employee records within E1, Deltek, and Paylite systems.
Administer employee leave records and balances in the payroll system.
Assist in preparing periodic HR reports and analytics data, such as monthly headcount reports, leave and gratuity accruals reports, and turnover ratios for the HR Manager, Finance Manager, and senior management.
Administer employee medical insurance and life insurance benefits, including maintaining census data for yearly insurance renewals and managing new additions and deletions of employees and family members in medical insurance.
Liaise with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance with all activities related to payroll accounting, benefits accruals, and final settlement.
Administer monthly payroll processing and salary payments.
Ensure the HR system is up to date with the latest payroll and labor laws.
Support and administer the compensation and benefits process for the Middle East region, including monitoring and managing performance appraisal systems, shortterm incentive plans, salary benchmarking, and benefits benchmarking & renewals.
Work to Automate HR processes using Microsoft powerapps or AI for efficiency
Handle and resolve all employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in English and high degree of numeracy and literacy
Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS management.
Proficiency in MS Office Softwares (MS Excel, PowerApps, Word) and HR, Compensation & Payroll Systems
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as E1, Deltek, and Paylite.
