Superintendent - Commercial interior

Description

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on commercial interior fit-out projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and vendors to keep everything running smoothly
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
• Working closely with PMs, clients, and design teams to solve issues on the ground

Requirements

We're working with a well-established, mid-sized General Contractor in NYC that has a busy workload and a huge pipeline of work lined up. They’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their team and take the lead on commercial interior projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of construction schedules, site logistics, and safety protocols
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects (NYC experience required)
• Ability to keep multiple trades aligned and motivated
