Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk related to MEP works.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to the client and internal teams.
Provide technical guidance and resolve design or site issues promptly.
Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Lead and manage all MEP activities for the project under WSP’s PMC scope.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client specifications.
Review and monitor MEP design and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 12–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale/high-rise projects.
Pre-contract experience is mandatory, including involvement in design reviews, tender evaluations, and technical submissions.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
Previous experience working with PMC firms mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
