Responsible for resolving material sample approvals with home buyer if initial sample submittal does not meet home buyer’s requirements.
Attend weekly Site Team meetings on an as-need basis when feasible to review status of construction, cut off dates and trouble shoot any issues which pertain to the Design Studio.
Attend new product review meetings with industry representatives making recommendations of selections to Director of Design.
Educate and disclose information on natural characteristics, or maintenance issues.
Attend all team training, establish team-focused relationships with Sales and Construction personnel.
Attend Design Studio staff meetings.
Responsible for educating homebuyer on our Customer Satisfaction Survey process.
Attend industry trade shows, sales training and product knowledge seminars as approved by management.
Conduct design meetings with homebuyers to review option, flooring and window covering selections. Conduct Lifestyle Review with home buyers and provide professional advice on the types of materials and or upgrades which are most appropriate for buyers.
Coordinate resolution of any design-related discrepancies with home buyer prior to close of escrow.
Process appropriate paperwork to Option Coordinator, following design studio policies and procedures.
